Going to Orlando, Florida

Ed, Ben (Ed's Dad) and I are flying to Orlando, FL today to pick up our new limousine that we purchased for Crown Limousine. We are excited about it because it is brand new! It is an Escalade. We just sold our existing Escalade to an operator in Alaska, so we needed to update the fleet.

Ed's Dad is 81 and has never flown. We are looking forward to having him with us.
We leave Birmingham, AL today at 2:30PM and will pick up the card today and start back. Don't know where we are staying, but I am sure we can find one without too much trouble.

Happy Sunday

Relaxed this morning. Got ready and went to BF and got some brisket, ham, mashed potatoes and banana cake for lunch at Ed's Dad's house. Carolyn, Melanie, Zach and William were there, as well as Ed, Todd, Amber, Bryant, Christian and myself. Mike and Tim could not come. We had a great visit. William and Christian are almost the same size, but you can tell Christian is younger by observation. It was nice to see everyone together.
I have hired a new employee (my assistant) and she starts working tomorrow. Looking forward to having some help, just need patience to train her.
Excited about some advertising we are doing for Bottomfeeders. We will be in the Tuscaloosa Magazine soon and have two television commercials in the works.
I can feel the business starting to look up. My presence on the scene is a help to my staff and my customers. Customers like for management to come to their table and ask how their food is. I know I appreciate it when I get special attention. The restaurant has some great potential, but needs alot of TLC to achieve my goal of consistency of product, good taste, and excellent customer service. I want my customers to tell others and to come back at least once a week. If I can get every customer that comes in the door to come back, I am achieving a great thing.
